‘Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special’ Trailer Is Here With Kevin Bacon

Marvel Studios has released The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special trailer for Disney Plus which features special guest star Kevin Bacon who Star-Lord references in the movies.

Michael Rooker also returns as Yondu.

The Ant-Mand and the Wasp Quantumania trailer has also been released.

“And, yes, when I said the #GotGHolidaySpecial was going to debut my new favorite MCU character, that favorite character is Kevin Bacon,” tweeted Gunn who also tweeted out the poster featuring Drax and Mantis.

Guardians of the Galaxy on a mission in Holiday Special

Marvel describes the special as:

In The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special, the Guardians, who are on a mission to make Christmas unforgettable for Quill, head to Earth in search of the perfect present.

The Marvel Studios’ Special Presentation stars Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, and Pom Klementieff, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot and Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Sean Gunn and The Old 97’s with Michael Rooker and Kevin Bacon.

James Gunn wrote and directed The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special. The executive producers are Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Gunn, Sara Smith, and Simon Hatt, with David J. Grant and Lars P. Winther serving as co-producers.

The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special gets released on Disney Plus on Nov. 25.

GOTG Vol. 3 is also in development and has a May 5, 2023 release date in theaters.
