Gal Gadot Training For Wonder Woman: Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Swords, Ju-Jitusu (Video)

Yesterday heard news about Henry Cavill beginning his training regime for Batman Vs. Superman, and now for the first time, Gal Gadot, the new Wonder Woman, comments on her character in Batman Vs. Superman.

Gadot took part in an interview with an Israeli TV station where she joked about big breasts, but did offer that she is starting training for Wonder Woman which includes Kung Fu, Kickboxing, swords, Ju-Jitsu and Brazilian [ju-jistu].

The comments are translated (via MTV) with the full video found below:

Joking about breasts:

“I represent the Wonder Woman of the new world. Breasts… Anyone can buy for 9,000 shekels and everything is fine.”

“Wonder Woman is Amazonian, and historically accurate Amazonian women actually had only one breast. So, if I’d really go ‘by the book,’ it’d be problematic.”

Wonder Woman training:

“It’s the physical preparations that I’m starting now. A very serious training regimen — Kung Fu, kickboxing, swords, Jujutsu, Brazilian… 1,000 and one things. I’ll gain body mass.”

When she first was told about the role:

“I remember laying in the darkness by myself, staring at the ceiling, and I was telling myself ‘It’s not real!”

“Batman Vs Superman” has a July 17, 2015 release starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane and Gal Gadot.
