The Falcon and the Winter Soldier release date up in the air

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was forced to stop production back in March due to fears surrounding the coronavirus, with it reported the series only had around two weeks of filming left to do, however, it turns out those two weeks were enough to also force the premiere to be delayed, as The Falcon and the Winter Soldier was supposed to debut in August on Disney Plus, but now has no release date.

It's been speculated Marvel may actually first release WandaVision later this year followed by The Falcon and the Winter Soldier at a later date.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier also stars Daniel Bruhl as Zemo and Wyatt Russell as John Walker.

Synopsis: Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Sam Wilson/Falcon (Anthony Mackie) and Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) team up in a global adventure that tests their abilities — and their patience — in Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and The Winter Soldier. The all-new series is directed by Kari Skogland; Malcolm Spellman is the head writer.
