Ed Skrein’s character has been confirmed for Deadpool as the actor tweeted out the following image revealing Ajax.
Ajax, in the Marvel comics, was a member of the Weapon X program and a part of the origin story for Deadpool as they both were prisoners and experimented upon. It’s suffice to say the two weren’t friends (without spoiling too much).

“Deadpool” has a February 12, 2016 release directed by Tim Miller starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, TJ Miller and Gina Carano.
Synopsis:
