Deadpool Joins Marvel Rivals: Release Date Set For January 16

Deadpool is officially crashing Marvel Rivals. The merc with a mouth was revealed in a new trailer at The Game Awards.

Marvel Rivals is a free-to-play, team-based shooter that pits Marvel heroes and villains against each other in fast-paced, objective-driven matches.

Players form squads built around distinct abilities, team synergies, and destructible environments, with matches designed to reward coordination as much as raw skill.

Deadpool’s reveal leans hard into his chaotic combat style and fourth-wall-breaking personality. The trailer teases unpredictable abilities, reckless aggression, and the kind of messy, unhinged fights that can completely disrupt team strategies when the merc with a mouth enters the battlefield.

Deadpool arrives in Marvel Rivals on January 16 as part of the Night At The Museum season. The game is free-to-play now on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.
