John Leguizamo, star of Christopher Nolan’s upcoming The Odyssey, tells fans not to watch his projects if they don’t agree with his politics.
The actor is making headlines again, this time with a direct message to fans who support Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
The actor didn’t mince words in a video posted to Instagram on Wednesday: “If you follow ICE, unfollow me. Don’t come to my shows and don’t watch my movies.”
He added to the post, “Abolish ice!”
John Leguizamo the activist
The outspoken actor and comedian has long voiced his political views, especially on issues involving immigration and woke “Latinx” representation.
This latest video adds to that list, as Leguizamo has called out not just government agencies but fellow actors.
Back in August, Leguizamo took aim at Superman actor Dean Cain, who had revealed his intent to join ICE as a recruit. Leguizamo didn’t hold back, saying in another Instagram post: “What kind of loser volunteers to be an ICE officer? What a moron. Dean Cain, your pronouns are has/been.”
The John Wick and Encanto star remains unapologetically political and isn’t concerned about alienating part of his audience.
His public criticism of ICE and anyone associated with the agency continues a pattern of activism.

Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey‘s woke?
See below for a list of Leguizamo’s projects you can avoid, including Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, out July 17th, which is also being criticized for its woke content.

Leguizamo’s upcoming projects
According to IMDb, Leguizamo has a number of projects in the pipeline that he doesn’t want ICE supporters to watch:
- Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey
- Ice Age: Boiling Point
- The Adventures of Drunky
- Sinaloa’s First Lady
- Hypno
He also voices Mojo in the Deadpool VR game and recently voiced a character in Disney’s Zootopia 2. Leguizamo is also known for John Wick.
