Tonight at the Golden Globes, Donald Glover talked about the upcoming Star Wars Han Solo standalone movie.
Donald Glover is playing a Younger Lando Calrissian and fills in Variety that he is both shocked and honored to get the part. Glover is also asked if there will be a sequel to the Han Solo movie in which he says initially that he doesn't know, but then states even if he did know that he couldn't say, but teased more Han Solo movies depend on if the first one is any good. The untitled Han Solo movie will film in February for its May 25, 2018 release directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller with a script by Lawrence Kasdan and Joe Kasdan starring Alden Ehrenreich as Han Solo, with Woody Harrelson rumored for a role.
Donald Glover is also set to play a bad guy in Marvel's Spider-Man: Homecoming.
