Dolph Lundgren Reveals Aquaman Plot Details; Confirms Creed 2

New plot details are learned about the James Wan Aquaman movie.

In an interview with the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Dolph Lundgren offers up some slight Aquaman movie spoilers in regards to Amber Heard’s Mera:

It is good to be king. Basically, I try to keep the peace down there along with Amber Heard, who plays my daughter. She’s trying to convince me to join the right side. Then you have Nicole Kidman as Aquaman’s mother. We’re trying to avoid war between the surface dwells and the people of Atlantis.

If you grew up in the 80s, you know that Dolph Lundgren played the vile Russian boxer Drago who was responsible for killing Apollo Creed (Rocky IV filmed in Las Vegas)! Like him or love him, Drago was one bad ass machine! Now Dolph Lundgren confirms he will be back for Creed 2.

That was something Stallone suggested to me about a year ago. I wasn’t sure, since it’s been about 30 years. I wanted Ivan Drago to live in the past, but it turned out that the script for “Creed II” was really good. All I can tell you is Ivan is back. The Russians come back over for a challenge.

Creed 2 is due out November 21, 2018.

Aquaman has a December 21, 2018 release starring Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Amber Heard as Mera, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Patrick Wilson as Orm the Ocean Master, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta, with Temuera Morrison as Aquaman’s father, Thomas Curry, Nicole Kidman is playing the mother to Aquaman, Queen Atlanna, and Dolph Ludgren is King Nereus.
