Brie Larson Shows Off New Hair As Elektra, ‘Wicked’ Outfit

Brie Larson has taken to social media to show off the look of her new hair, which follows the Marvel actress showing off the outfit she wore for Wicked.

Regarding Wicked, the flick opened this past weekend, which saw fans flock to movie theaters dressed as the characters from the Broadway play and movie.

Laron posted an image of herself on social media as  Glinda, the Good Witch of the South.

“Channeling my inner Glinda @arianagrande,” she posted, as Arian Grande is playing Galinda in the movie.

Update: Brie Larson shows off her new buzz cut.

Brie Larson dressing up for Wicked comes a day before her big transformation for her latest project.

Larson posted images of herself with her new short, dark hair, noting, “Elektra is here.”

No, it’s not Marvel’s Elektra.

Brie Larson is currently in London where she is doing rehearsals for Elektra, an adaptation of the play from Sophocles that is set in the aftermath of the Trojan War. The play centers on Elektra, a fierce and tormented woman consumed by her desire to avenge the murder of her father, King Agamemnon.

Larson’s portrayal of Elektra marks her West End debut, with performances scheduled to begin in January 2025 at the Duke of York’s Theatre in London.

Worth a mention is that Brie Larson went the short hair route for Captain Marvel in Avengers: Endgame, but she didn’t cut her hair for the role and wore a wig. This time, Brie Larson actually looks to have cut her hair short (note: header image has been colorized).
