It’s learned that Marvel Studios is conducting major reshoots for Ant-Man and the Wasp.
A report has surfaced offering that Marvel is reshooting Ant-Man and the Wasp in Los Angeles that involves redoing the entire opening scene set in South America.
It’s said the reason Marvel is reshooting in Los Angeles is because they are currently filming Captain Marvel there, so Marvel can take advantage by using the same crew.
According to the info, the opening for Ant-Man and the Wasp didn’t test well, so Marvel is having Peyton Reed do the reshoots, which is said to be totally different than the original opening set in South Africa.
Reshoots are pretty much the norm these days, and it’s not like the Ant-Man and the Wasp release date is being pushed back, so this isn’t much to worry about.
Captain Marvel recently started filming in Los Angeles as Marvel recently announced the start of production and the cast.
Paul Rudd returns next month for The Avengers: Infinity War, and Evangeline Lilly will also be featured in The Avengers 4.
