More good news for fans of Marvel Cosmic as with the release of the September 2019 solicitations, it’s announced the Annihilation Omnibus will get a new printing.
The original Annihilation Omnibus is actually being sold for upwards of $300, so with the new printing, now is your chance to get it at $125 (or even cheaper at a discount).
I actually got a copy a few years ago for around $80 and gave mine to our street-level reviewer for his birthday, and then it shot up to like 300 bucks! Happy birthday, Chris (lol)!
I’ve always wanted another copy but shied away from paying three times or more the price. Now I can get another copy with the new release. Cool!
Annihilation is a really cool Marvel Comics event from 2005/2006 that developed b-list characters into A-listers, such as Richard Rider Nova. The series led to the stellar Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning 2007 Nova series, which led to the sequel, Annihilation: Conquest, which led to the 2008 Guardians of the Galaxy comic (and more) — and eventually the movies!
