Marvel’s Agatha series is now out, however, singing a similar tune to the other MCU shows on Disney+, fans aren’t happy with what they’re seeing.
The Rotten Tomatoes Popcornmeter, formerly known as the Audience Score is now available. The score happens to be the fourth lowest for an MCU series on Disney+.
What is Agatha‘s Rotten Tomatoes Score?
Agatha‘s Rotten Tomatoes fan score is presently at 71% with the first batch of fan reactions hitting the site. The series shares similar company with Echo (61%), Secret Invasion (44%), and She-Hulk (32%).
Curiously, there is no Rotten Tomatoes score, which suggests Agatha hasn’t been reviewed by many critics. This possibly suggests critics didn’t bother reviewing the series because it’s not worth their time, as they aren’t getting enough clicks on articles. This also suggests that, like previous MCU shows on Disney+, Agatha may suffer from poor viewership ratings.
Update: Audience Score is now at 75%. With 55 reviews, the Agatha Rotten Tomatoes Audience Score is only at 69% from the critics, the second-lowest critics score for the MCU on Disney+.
Marvel has retooled its television division
Worth a mention is that Agatha seems to be a part of the previous regime at Marvel TV responsible for the MCU failing on the streaming service which has in part led to a $4 billion loss for Disney.
Following the massive failure of Secret Invasion, Kevin Feige has retooled its Marvel television division, and as we first said, that includes Daredevil: Born Again.
Gayest Marvel show? Who cares?
Also, for some reason, just prior to today’s premiere, the show, the actors, and all the trades glorified how gay Agatha is, as it’s said it’s Marvel’s gayest show yet.
As fans on social media have noted: who cares? Fans just want to know what the show is about and if it’s any good. Fans are tired of all the lecturing. It hasn’t been successful, and again, has led to losses of billions and billions of dollars.
Reportedly, there is even a line Kathryn Hahn says in the show that is rather questionable, especially for Marvel and Disney+. Oddly, a website is even running with it that “these are things Marvel fans live for.” I think it’s safe to say that is nowhere near the case.

Why does every Disney project have to be the gayest project yet? Can’t it just be, idk, normal with a good story? https://t.co/BJY9uxP4eT

What’s next for Marvel TV on Disney+?
Marvel TV has the Ironheart series in the works and reportedly Wonder Man is still getting released, though Disney didn’t bother to mention or promote it at their recent D23 Expo.
Along with Agatha, the two series look to be a part of the previous regime responsible for shows like She-Hulk, The Marvels, Secret Invasion, and Echo — all which massively failed.
Recent reports have said Kevin Feige has fired the woke producers at Marvel who have ruined the MCU.
Presently, only Daredevil: Born Again is in the works for Disney+, with no new shows in active development.
