Fans are still on the fence after getting burned on the first part regarding Kevin Smith and Netflix’s Masters of the Universe: Revolution, which is the second season of the series.
The first season saw Kevin Smith bait fans and then the show took a big switch and went woke AF.
“Kevin Smith lied He-Man died” often trended on Twitter, I believe.
What the show really was about was Teela.
What’s really odd is the producer behind the series, Ted Biaselli, claims to be a massive He-Man fan and said he has garages full of action figures, but then why did the series shit all over He-Man and the fans?
Welcome to woke AF Hollywood
Following part 1 of season 1, fans quickly stopped watching, and the second part of Masters of the Universe: Revelation didn’t make it on Netflix’s most-watched lists.
It was actually surprising that Netflix chose to do a Season 2 due to the big viewership drop, but maybe since Mattel is backing it, Mattel foots the bill.
Dislikes are high
Now Netflix has released the first look at Season 2, Masters of the Universe: Revolution, featuring He-Man taking on Scare Glow, which sees the fans on the fence.
Presently, the video has 1.7k likes to 1.2 dislikes, which basically says half the fans aren’t happy, which is never a good thing.
Views are low
What is also alarming is that the number of views on the video is really low.
Netflix released the video on YouTube around four hours ago where it has only 36k views and is drowned out by the likes of a clip of the Scott Pilgrim Anime (224k views), a first look at the Tomb Raider animated series (121k views), and is beaten out by the first seven minutes released for Castlevania: Nocturne (48k views).
He-Man only beats out the teaser for Blue Eye Samauria (36k) and Captain Laserhawk (25k) released five hours ago or so.

What is Masters of the Universe: Revolution about?
Per the video description, “MOTU Revolution is a standalone, new series, loosely following the events of MOTU Revelation – in a war between He Man vs. Skeletor like never before. Feat. Chris Wood as He-Man alongside a star-studded cast.”
The series has also been described as the next epic chapter in the battle for Eternia.
It is a standalone story that takes place after the events in Revelation. Masters of the Universe: Revolution is an all-new story that brings the focus to He-Man vs. Skeletor as you’ve never seen them before. It’s technology versus magic as He-Man and the heroic warriors face the forces of Skeletor and a deadly threat to the Planet.
The series premiers in 2024.
