What if I told you that The Matrix Trilogy is going to be released on 4K Ultra HD, and that a new trailer has been released?
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment announces the 4K Ultra HD release of the trilogy set for October 2, 2018, which includes 4K Ultra HD releases for The Matrix, The Matrix Reloaded, and The Matrix Revolutions.

The Matrix
The first movie was released in 1999 directed and written by Andy Wachowski and Larry Wachowski starring Keanu Reeves as Neo, Laurence Fishburne as Morpheus, Carrie-Anne Moss as Trinity and Hugo Weaving as Agent Smith, with the two sequels released in 2003.
The films are described as: In the near future, a computer hacker named Neo discovers that all life on Earth may be nothing more than an elaborate facade created by a malevolent cyber-intelligence, for the purpose of placating us while our life essence is “farmed” to fuel the Matrix’s campaign of domination in the “real” world. He joins like-minded Rebel warriors Morpheus and Trinity in their struggle to overthrow the Matrix.
Back in 2017 saw it said a reboot is in the works that could potentially star Michael B. Jordan, with Zack Penn, known for The Avengers, X-Men 2 and Ready Player One, writing the script.
While promoting the release of John Wick 2, Keanu Reeves also said he would be up for a Part 4.
“The Wachowskis would have to be involved,” Keanu Reeves said. “They would have to write it and direct it. And then we’d see what the story is, but yeah, I dunno, that’d be weird, but why not? People die, stories don’t, people in stories don’t.”
