Guardians has a February 23, 2017 release directed by Sarik Andreasyan starring Sebastien Sisak, Sanzhar Madiyev, Anton Pampushnyy, Alina Lanina, Valeria Shkirando, Stanislav Shirin and Vyacheslav Razbegaev.
Synopsis:
The film is set in anĀ alternate historyĀ at the height of theĀ Cold WarĀ between theĀ United StatesĀ and theĀ Soviet Union, as a group of SovietĀ superheroesĀ were created during the Cold War. The group includes representatives of the different nationalities of the USSR, superpowers protagonists reflect strengths and traditions of the people of the USSR.
Set during theĀ Cold War, a secret organization named āPatriotā gathered a group of SovietĀ superheroes, altering and augmenting the DNA of four individuals, in order to defend the homeland from supernatural threats.
The group includes representatives of the different nationalities of theĀ Soviet Union, which each one of them have long been hiding their true identity. In hard times, they settled down to business and gather to defend their homeland.
