Happy Easter from Deadpool 2!
A new poster has been released featuring the Merc With A Mouth offering a Happy Easter along with the golden egg.
Regarding what exactly the poster is trying to say?
It could be related to the story of The Golden Egg where you shouldn’t be too greedy and should be satisified with what you have. The story goes that a farmer wanted all the golden eggs, instead of just the one a day the hen was laying, so he killed the hen expecting to find all the golden eggs inside, but instead found nothing. Now not only doesn’t he have all the golden eggs, but he has nothing!
Maybe it’s related to the news of the Deadpool animated series getting cancelled? Be happy you still have the Deadpool movies?

Deadpool 2 has a May 18, 2018 release directed by John Wick‘s David Leitch also starring Josh Brolin as the time travelling mutant Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic as ;Colossus with Shioli Kutsuna in a mystery role and Jack Kesy rumored as Black Tom Cassidy.
Deadpool 2 is written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick with Ryan Reynolds also on board as producer along with Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner.
