Who doesn’t like a good DC vs Marvel rivalry as a new Moon Knight featurette has been released with star Oscar Isaac, May Calamawy, and Ethan Hawke, which takes on Batman, not directly, of course.
As the character is dressed in white – not black like Batman – it’s teased that you’ll see Moon Knight coming, and a promo (see below) even teases “The Fists Of Vengeance” (recall Robert Pattinson stating, “I am vengeance”) as Moon Knight is referred to as Marvel’s “knight of vengeance” and the “fist of Khonshu.”
“When you look past the surface, what do you see?” Isaac questions. “Complicated man battling an internal conflict struggling for balance.”
May Calamawy adds, “Force of strength. Wonder what the hell is happening around here.”
Ethan Hawke says about his character, “A mysterious figure worshipped. Exalted, and you don’t want to come face to face with his unworldly power.”
“Marvel’s Moon Knight is coming to Disney Plus Trust me, he’s the one you’ll see coming,” teases Isaac.

Kevin Feige also said the series is “brutal,” and they basically kept it out of the MCU because of its mature content.
“He’s brutal,” Feige recently told Empire Magazine. “It’s been fun to work with Disney+ and see the boundaries shifting on what we’re able to do. There are moments [in the series] when Moon Knight is wailing on another character, and it is loud and brutal, and the knee-jerk reaction is, ‘We’re gonna pull back on this, right?’ No. We’re not pulling back. There’s a tonal shift. This is a different thing. This is Moon Knight.”
Moon Knight premieres March 30 and follows Steven Grant, played by Oscar Isaac, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.
