Disney used May the 4th to release three new spots for The Mandalorian and Grogu, giving Star Wars fans another look at the franchise’s return to theaters.
The spots are titled “Generations,” “Mystery,” and “Hang On.” Disney also confirmed tickets are now on sale. Watch below.
Disney releases three new Mandalorian and Grogu spots
The first spot, Generations, leans into the Star Wars fan celebration side of May the 4th.
Disney released the spot with the message: “celebrating the greatest fans in the galaxy…May the 4th be with you.”
The second spot, Mystery, teases the next chapter for Din Djarin and Grogu with the line: “A new hero. A new hope. A new era.”
The third spot, Hang On, puts the focus on the movie’s theatrical push, telling fans to “Experience the action on the big screen.”
Star Wars returns to theaters
The Mandalorian and Grogu marks the first Star Wars movie to hit theaters since 2019’s The Rise of Skywalker.
The film continues the story from the Disney+ series The Mandalorian, with Pedro Pascal back as Din Djarin and Grogu returning alongside him.
