James Gunn’s Superman: First Look At Kent Farm House

We get a look at the Kent Farm house in James Gunn’s Superman movie as set images have surfaced online.

Gunn also posted a new picture with the cast on social media.

“Hanging on the set of Superman with some of my favorite people,” he said.

Is it a farm house?

The pics of the Kent farm house haven’t come without a bit of controversy and some fans aren’t happy that the farm looks so different than previous versions as usually it’s depicted as a two story colonial-type house with a porch.

Checking the images below, there isn’t even a porch and the house looks more like a ranch.

Also as some fans have pointed out, there doesn’t appear to be a barn but that could be behind the house or out of the view of the photos.

The property also looks pretty run down which could suggest the Kents are struggling.

Update: Yes, there is a barn.

Superman gets released on July 11, 2025.

The film stars David Corenswet (Pearl, The Politician) as Superman and Clark Kent, Rachel Brosnahan (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) as Lois Lane and Nicholas Hoult (The Great) as Lex Luthor, Superman also features Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, María Gabriela De Faría as the Engineer, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher and Terence Rosemore as Otis. Milly Alcock is also thought to be debuting as Supergirl.
