PlayStation Network Down: Services Are Experiencing Issues

The Sony PlayStation Network is currently down, which went down for users late on Monday night and is still currently down into Tuesday morning.

The official PlayStation Network service status page confirms that “some services are experiencing issues.”

Update: Everything is back up: “All services are up and running.”

The services include Account Management, Gaming and social, PlayStation Video, and the PlayStation Store.

Sub-services include signing in, creating accounts, editing account details, game streaming, purchases, downloads, browsing, searching and redeeming vouchers.

According to the page, affected platforms include: PS Vita, PS3, PS4, PS5, and the Web.

“We’re working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience,” states the status page as of September 30 at 9:21 PM EST, which is over five hours ago from the time this article was first posted.
