Alan Ritchson’s fight with his Tennessee neighbor has taken another turn, as TMZ now features the neighbor’s side of the story following earlier claims that the Reacher star may not have started the altercation.
TMZ reports the neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, says he confronted Ritchson because he believed the actor was riding his motorcycle too fast through their residential neighborhood.

According to TMZ, Ronnie Taylor appeared on TMZ Live and said he was in his driveway washing his own motorcycle when Ritchson allegedly came through the neighborhood at a high speed.
Taylor said he decided to leave his driveway and confront him because he felt the riding was unsafe and wanted to tell him to slow down before someone got hurt.
TMZ says Taylor claimed he did not know Alan Ritchson was a famous actor at the time and simply viewed him as someone riding recklessly in the neighborhood. He also said he spoke up the second time Ritchson allegedly came down the block.
New update adds to conflicting accounts
This new version adds to the conflicting stories already surrounding the incident.
Earlier updates said sources close to Ritchson claimed the neighbor was actually the aggressor and allegedly pushed him off his bike before the fight escalated. Now, TMZ has the neighbor publicly laying out his own explanation of what led to the confrontation.
What remains unchanged is the video at the center of the story, which TMZ says shows Taylor getting beaten up during the altercation. The outlet also reports police are still investigating and that no arrests have been made so far.
