The gang of Disney’s A.N.T. Farm visited George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch where they ran into R2D2 and C3PO.
Most likely just coincidence as the episodes are written well in advance, but the skit is rather funny.
This comes off the heels of Disney’s acquisition of Lucasfilm, which includes all the Star Wars rights as well as Indiana Jones.
Star Wars Episode 7 is slated for 2015 with subsequent movies in 2017 and 2019.
The new Star Wars trilogy is said to be an all-new original story.
