Things go crazy — literally! — on the newest episode of Under the Dome as we find out more about Big Jim’s petroleum mystery (which our late sheriff was in on, by the way), more pink stars (verbal and literal) appear, and a new character (yes, I said new character) shows to have ties with both Big Jim and focal character/hero/ murderer Barbie.
It hasn’t been an easy time for our folks in Chester’s Mill. First they received the Brainiac treatment, their resources (especially medical) begin being depleted, they seem to start acting like Los Angeles residents for a time with public madness, they were nuked by their own military, and now we understand the small berg has an inside drug ring being ran by the vivacious Max, Big Jim and the late Reverend and Sheriff using propane as a base for the drug. Way to watch after the welfare of your city, Councilman Big Jim!
Big Jim does get a great idea, though, this time around: trade propane and store credits for guns. It seems that everyone is armed and Chester’s Mill, and Jim wants to have all the guns at his disposable just in case another situation like that of Ollie comes around. Not a bad idea, actually.
And its seems that the black egg with the pink energy and its own mini-dome has changed location. Walk off by itself? No, apparently zombie-Joe took it. And now the teens of the town have discovered that a laying on of hands to the mini-dome represents an unlocking of sorts, keys. They have three kids — Joe, Norrie and Angie — and need a fourth (thus, “Fourth Hand,” name of the episode).
Another great show with dome- and mini-dome-centric action.
