New Arrow set images out of Vancouver reveal the fate of Emily Bett Rickards’s character. Following the mid-season finale in which Felicity was lit up with gun fire, it’s been teased that we may see the end of “Olicity” as a preview showed Oliver at a cemetary.
However, it’s learned that’s not exactly the case.
What the set pics do show is that Felicity goes the way of Barbara Gordon, aka Oracle, in that Felicity is wheel chair bound.
Obviously, this shouldn’t be such a surprise as Felicity is a major character on the show.
“Arrow” returns Wednesday, January 20th at 8pm ET starring Stephen Amell, Emily Bett Rickards, David Ramsey, Willa Holland, Katie Cassidy, Paul Blackthorne and John Barrowman.

NBC is giving another DC TV series a try, this time with Powerless, which has been said to be similar to The Office.
THR reports NBC has ordered a pilot for the new DC Powerless series, which is described as: “a workplace comedy set at one of the worst insurance companies in America — with the twist being that it also takes place in the universe of DC Comics.”
The show was also previouslys said to be about the “reality of working life for a normal, powerless person in a world of superheroes and villains.” It was also said the focus of the series is on the ordinary, “power-less” folk working at the insurance company who often envy the men and women outside their window who make headlines with their supernatural powers.
As of now, it’s unknown which DC Comics characters wil be featured.
Marvel has also been said to be developing a similar series with Damage Control.
HBO has announced the sixth season of the George R.R. Martin adapted series will premeire Sunday, April 24th at 9pm ET.
Game Of Thrones Season 6 marks the first time the series will venture away from the novels as the sixth book in the series, The Winds of Winter, will not be released before Game of Thrones begins in April.
Regarding the coming season, we will see the return of Bran Stark, and it’s thought we’ll learn the final fate of Jon Snow as well.
It’s also been learned Game Of Thrones is in talks for Seasons 7 and 8.
That’s another one of those absolutely preposterous rumors. Here’s the deal: I’m an actor. I like acting roles. Because an actor tends to be defined by not being unemployed. So if a role came up… I would always listen. Does that include Marvel characters? Of course it does. Have there been any offers, auditions, or even general meetings…? No.
So if Marvel did give Amell a call, any ideas as to who he could play? I previously put it forth he could possibly play Richard Rider Nova. Some other suggestions have included Moon Knight. How about John Walker, aka US Agent?
“Arrow” returns January 20th, and TMNT 2 hits June 3rd, with Amell as Casey Jones.
Apparently there is some sort of thought online that Stephen Amell may be leaving Arrow, possibly for Supernatural.
The speculation kicked off when it was revealed an episode of Supernatural would venture into the world of professional wrestling.
As Amell is a fan of both the WWE and Supernatural, it’s been suggested online that Amell would be bailing on Arrow for one of those roles on Supernatural.
There isn’t really much evidence to support the claim; however, the notion of Amell leaving Arrow has caused the actor to take to Facebook to respond to the allegations.
“Facebook… I keep reading that I’m leaving Arrow. I’m not,” Amell said. “I have a contract that runs through 2019. At least. Now… That doesn’t mean Arrow will run that long, but if it does… I’ll be here. Any other questions I can answer?”
Arrow returns January 20th “with a vengeance,” Amell said.

It’s learned the planned Titans series set for TNT isn’t happening.
Deadline reports TNT has decided not to proceed with the Teen Titans live-action series, even though it was ordered to pilot.
“We decided it wasn’t where we wanted to go,” TNT president Kevin Reilly said at TCA.
Previously released details on the Titans series include mention it may have been in the same universe as Arrow and The Flash. It was said at the start of the series, Dick Grayson was still using his Robin identity, but eventually would have gone on to become Nightwing, and was working as a private detective in Boston. The series was also said to include Barbara Gordon, Hawk and Dove, and Starfire, with Cyborg and Beast Boy as possibilities down the road.
It may be possible that WB actually scrapped the project as we do know Cyborg is a part of their movie universe. While The Flash is featured in both their movie and TV universes, WB did axe use of the Suicide Squad in TV and possibly Green Lantern. In addition, it’s reported that WB is feeling the heat as a result of the popularity of Grant Gustin, which may cause issues with the Ezra Miller version of The Flash. It’s possible WB may not want to create additional problems by having Teen Titans characters on the small and big screens simultaneously.
M. Night Shyamalan is bringing back the popular ’90s horror anthology series Tales From The Crypt to TNT as part of a new two-hour horror themed block of programming.
Shyamalan is on board as executive producer, with the block launching this Fall; additional announcements for further series added to the block will be made in the coming months. Both short and long form content will be featured.
“This is a new genre for us in our series efforts and a great chance to partner with M. Night Shyamalan, whose blockbuster hit The Visit reminded movie audiences and critics this past summer that he truly is a master of horror,” said Sarah Aubrey, executive vice president of original programming for TNT. “This two-hour horror block demonstrates not only TNT’s commitment to working with today’s top talents, but also our strategy to stand out in today’s marketplace by challenging the conventional rules of programming and scheduling.”
Tales from the Crypt was originally a comic book, and the TV series ran on HBO from 1989 to 1996.
M. Night Shyamalan is also behind the popular Wayard Pines TV series and saw success with The Visit back in September on the big screen (good flick).
