Transformers 4 Possibly Titled “Apocalypse”

Transformers 4 Possibly Titled “Apocalypse”

Some potential titles for Transformers 4 have been discovered through website domain registrations.

Apparently the same company responsible for registering the official site TransformersMovie.com has registered a batch of new related titles which may be for the fourth Michael Bay movie.

Fusible discovered the list which includes: TransformersApocalpyse.com, TransformersLastStand.com, and TransformersFutureCast.com.

Another title previously rumored also included “Transformers: Rise Of Galvatron.”

Of the three domains, the first seems to sound more appealing as “Last Stand” brings up memories of X-Men 3, and “Future Cast” doesn’t sound like a Michael Bay movie, while “Apocalypse” seems more like it.

Regarding Galvatron, it’s thought Transformers 4 will feature Unicron as a previous redacted synopsis hinted at an ancient enemy of the Transformers.

Previously, Michael Bay said we would hear the official title from him first:

There are rumors flying around from various media sites about the title of the next Transformers.  I wanted you to hear from me directly that we have not yet chosen a title and anything being reported is absolutely not true. When we have a title to announce, I promise you will hear it from me first.

Transformers 4 has a Summer 2014 release directed by Michael Bay and starring Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, T.J. Miller and Kelsey Grammar.
