Yesterday saw big news regarding WBâs slate of Justice League movies, which includes a Suicide Squad film set for a 2016 release with David Ayer attached to direct.
Shortly after the news was officially announced, a report surfaced that stated Will Smith, Tom Hardy and Margot Robbie were up for roles in addition to Ryan Gosling.
Now Deadline has a report of their own stating that Margot Robbie is looking like a done deal as she apparently has turned down a role in Ghost In The Shell for the Suicide Squad movie.
The report also mentions that both Will Smith and Tom Hardy are circling Suicide Squad and are close to signing.
Regarding Ryan Gosling, the initial report stated he may hesitant to do a big superhero role, though it was also mentioned Gosling had talks with Marvel Studios for Doctor Strange.
