Spider-Man: Homecoming’s Tom Holland Wants A “Dance Off Bro” With Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord

“Dance off, bro Spider-Man?!”

While one of the most cringing moments witnessed on screen ever for me (I’m a fan of the 2008 DnA Guardians of the Galaxy comic), new Spider-Man Tom Holland has challenged Star-Lord Chris Pratt to a dance off.

Both the start and ending of the Guardians of the Galaxy movie featured Chris Pratt dancing, with the end seeing Star-Lord challenging Ronan to a “dance off, bro?” (why Ronan didn’t simply blast Star-Lord is beyond me).

Now Spider-Man wants in on the action as Tom Holland posted a meme featuring footage of the Guardians of the Galaxy movie along with footage from the Spider-Man: Homecoming shoot in NYC.

“[Chris Pratt] it’s on! Well done to whoever made this,” Holland posted on Instagram (see below).

Perhaps there might be a Spider-Man and Star-Lord dance off in the future as it looks as if both Tom Holland and Chris Pratt will be featured in the upcoming Avengers: Infinity War movies. Maybe they can challenge Thanos to a dance off, bro, too? I’m betting the Mad Titan wouldn’t go out like Ronan, but instead, wouldn’t think twice about turning both Spidey and Star-Lord into cosmic space dust. Actually, that’s the original ending I heard was meant for Guardians of the Galaxy: that Thanos was going to appear at the end, destroy Ronan and steel the Infinity Gem.  Now that would have been something to dance to — bro!

“Spider-Man: Homecoming” has a July 7, 2017 release directed by Jon Watts starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Michael Keaton, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, with Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr.

Synopsis:

A young Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Tom Holland), who made his sensational debut in Marvel Studios’ “Captain: Civil War,” begins to navigate his newfound identity as the web-slinging superhero in “Spider-Man: Homecoming.”
