Spider-Man: Brand New Day Merch Reveals Boomerang, Hulk, and Scorpion

Spider-Man: Brand New Day Merch Reveals Boomerang, Hulk, and Scorpion

New Spider-Man: Brand New Day merchandise appears to reveal major villains — and a big Avenger — ahead of the movie’s release.

A backpack and lunch kit set making the rounds online features artwork not only of Spidey but also what looks to be Boomerang, the Hulk, and Scorpion hidden in the background design.

Boomerang Gets His Comic-Accurate Look

The merch shows Boomerang sporting the exact costume design from Nick Spencer’s Superior Foes of Spider-Man and Amazing Spider-Man run.

The goggles, blue suit, and classic comic styling match the Spencer-era version of the character, not a redesigned MCU take.

Rumors have claimed that Harry Holland, brother of Tom Holland, could be playing Boomerang in the film. Nothing has been confirmed, but the merch design lines up perfectly with the comic inspiration.

Michael Mando Returns as Scorpion

The shadowy figure in the background of the merch strongly resembles Mac Gargan.

Michael Mando previously played Gargan in Spider-Man: Homecoming, teased at the end-credits scene where he asked about Spider-Man’s identity.

The new art appears to show Scorpion fully suited up, something fans have been waiting years to see. The silhouette matches the armored comic look, complete with a more defined battle-ready stance.

Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk Looks Savage Again

The merch also features the Hulk, and it’s not the goofy Smart Hulk.

The image resembles a more classic, enraged version of the character, similar to the Savage Hulk from the comics. That lines up with Mark Ruffalo returning as Bruce Banner, and the more primal Hulk persona resurfaces.

Additional rumors claim a Gray Hulk appearance could also be in play, hinting at a deeper dive into Banner’s fractured psyche.
