Space Marine 2 Adds Free Siege Mode and New DLCs June 26

What to Expect in Siege Mode

Siege Mode is a 3-player co-op experience set on Kadaku. You’ll face nonstop waves of Tyranids and Chaos enemies while defending an Imperial fortress. The mode pushes players to hold the line for as long as possible—until they fall.

Note: The trailer features footage of a Dreadnought mech (pictured below). Focus Entertainment responded to players asking if the mech is playable and said it’s not and that more info is forthcoming.

“Nope, the Dreadnought is AI support. You’ll know more about the gameplay mechanics of this mode in the May Community Update, in a week,” states the tweet.

The update drops for free on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. PC players using Steam can try it early through the Public Test Server starting June 4. More details will be shared in the next community post.
