Second Avenger Rumored For Spider-Man: Homecoming

Second Avenger Rumored For Spider-Man: Homecoming

A second member of The Avengers may be joining Spider-Man: Homecoming.

In addition to Robert Downey Jr., possibly Scarlett Johansson may be appearing in Spider-Man: Homecoming as Black Widow.

The tidbit comes from a Twitter account that has been posting Spider-Man: Homecoming set photos out of Atlanta.

“Well, well… hi Scarlett. What’cha doing here?” the Atlanta Filming Twitter account posted.

The account also posted that Robert Downey Jr. had returned to the set of Spider-Man: Homecoming the day before, so it’s likely Tony Stark and Black Widow would be featured in the scene.

Scarlett Johannson did recently finish filming on Ghost in the Shell so she does have time to shoot Spider-Man: Homecoming, and if she is in the movie, more than likely it’s in a cameo role.

Below you can check out some Spider-Man: Homecoming set photos from the Twitter account.

Chris Evans has also stated he wants to appear in Spider-Man: Homecoming, but as of now, the only Avenger confirmed is Robert Downey Jr.

“Spider-Man: Homecoming” has a July 7, 2017 release directed by Jon Watts starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Michael Keaton, Donald Glover, Jacob Batalon, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Tyne Daly, Bokeem Woodbine, with Marisa Tomei, and Robert Downey Jr.
