Saturday Night’s Main Event is returning to the WWE in December and will air simultaneously on NBC and the Peacock streaming service.
The details include WWE’s Saturday Night’s Main Event will be held Saturday, December 14 at 8 p.m. ET at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island, N.Y., the site of the first-ever Saturday Night’s Main Event.
WWE announced the news with the following old-school teaser (watch below) announcing tickets go on sale Friday, and on Thursday using the password: MAINEVENT.
“Your Saturday obsession is back in a big way,” tweeted Triple H. “Join us LIVE for a very special Saturday Night’s Main Event, coming to @NassauColiseum on Dec. 14. Tickets on sale this Friday 9/20 at 10am ET, with presale this Thursday 9/19 at 10am ET.”
Fans can pre-register for tickets at WWE.com.

Saturday Night’s Main Event originally premiered on NBC in May of 1985 and featured Hulk Hogan vs. Bob Orton for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship in the main event.
