Joining Star-Lord, Rocket and Groot in The Avengers: Infinity War might be Mantis.
Newcomer to the MCU with Guardians of the Galaxy 2’s Pom Klementieff posted an interesting video on Instagram of herself working out with world chamption martial artist and stuntman Jessen Noviello where she included the hashtag “pomantis.”
We can speculate that Pom Klementieff is keeping in shape to bring Mantis to the aid of the Avengers against Thanos in Infinity War.
Regarding Pom Klementieff in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, not much is known about the character other than she apparently joins the Guardians. Gunn also released concept art of Mantis, and it’s thought we’ll get a first look at Pom Klementieff as Mantis in the next Guardians of the Galaxy 2 trailer. Concept art is below.
