The truth is out there, and it returns January 2016 with all-new episodes of X-Files.
FOX has given the return of X-Files a Sunday, January 24th premiere date following the NFL NFC Championship game at 10pm ET.
X-Files will then air in its regular Monday night timeslot at 8pm ET.
The six-episode event series sees creator Chris Carter return as well as Gillian Anderson as Scully, David Duchovny as Mulder, Mitch Pileggi as Skinner and William D. Davis The Smoking Man.
