Last Summer saw a rumor hit from a "Fox leaker" that both X-Men: Dark Phoenix and New Mutants are going to be canceled.
The leaker then changed his tune offering that only New Mutants would be canceled and that it would be shelved by Disney, as the movie's release date comes after the Disney-Fox deal goes through. The leaker claims that Disney wants to move forward on their new X-Men property ASAP and doesn't want to be bogged down by Fox's X-Men films.
While it is unknown if the rumor will hold true, the leaker did seem to call the fact that there will be no more Deadpool standalone films, as the leaker claims Deadpool 3 will be titled "Deadpool 3: X-Force." Ryan Reynolds did recently let it be known there will be no more standalone Deadpool flicks.
Regarding New Mutants, Fox Studios recently released their official "Twentieth Century Fox Films 2019 Slate," which does have the movie listed, but the official press info does note: "*at this time, subject to updates."

When the Russell family moves into the house across the way, they appear to be the perfect family. But when Anna, gazing out her window one night, sees something she shouldn¹t, her world begins to crumble and shocking secrets are laid bare. Forced to prove what she saw actually happened, everyone begins to question if what occurred was real or imagined. Is it paranoia or did it happen?
