What is Parasyte: The Grey about?

The plot revolves around Su-in (Jeon So-nee), a woman grappling with her new reality of coexisting with a parasite, and the relentless Team Grey, a group committed to fighting against these unidentified parasitic life-forms.

Parasyte: The Grey is based on the original comic Parasyte by Hitoshi Iwaaki, which sold an accumulated record of over 25 million copies in over 30 regions and countries with its ingenious imaginative storyline of a parasite permeating through a human brain and controlling its body, and philosophical message.

The poster features Su-in, who is half human, half something else entirely, and behind her, parasitic bubbles can be seen that hint at the widespread infiltration of human life, setting the stage for what’s to come.

Exciting viewers with anticipation, the teaser trailer below unveils a world where unsuspecting individuals fall prey to parasitic takeover. These insidious organisms, driven by a relentless urge to proliferate, seize control of human hosts, imitating their actions while harboring a dark menace.
