At tonight’s Tudum event streaming live on Netflix, the streamer again confirmed the release date for Squid Game Season 3 — the final chapter of its biggest hit — set for June 27. The show picks up right after the Season 2 cliffhanger, with Gi-hun (Player 456) at rock bottom following a failed rebellion and the death of a close ally. But the games continue, and this time, they’re even deadlier.
Watch the trailer below.
“Gi-hun vows to put an end to the game, while the Front Man makes his next move. But every game must end… and Squid Game will shock the world one last time,” said stars Lee Jung-jae and Lee Byung-hun at the Tudum event.

Gi-hun Faces His Breaking Point
Season 3 puts Gi-hun in a position where he must act, not react. As the remaining players move into high-stakes rounds with serious consequences, Gi-hun is forced to make critical decisions. With each new game, survival becomes harder and trust even harder to come by.

The Front Man Returns, and So Do the VIPs
In-ho steps back into his role as Front Man to oversee the new round of games and welcome the VIPs. Meanwhile, Jun-ho — still alive and searching for the island — inches closer to the truth. But he doesn’t know there’s a traitor watching his every move.
