My Adventures With Superman Season 3 Trailer Reveals Cyborg Superman And Superboy

The My Adventures With Superman Season 3 trailer has been released, and the new footage confirms two major DC additions are joining the animated series: Cyborg Superman and Superboy.

Season 3 premieres June 13 at midnight on Adult Swim as part of Toonami, with episodes streaming the next day on HBO Max.

Jack Quaid returns as Clark Kent/Superman, but the new trailer makes it clear he won’t be the only Superman-related character in the mix this season. Watch below.

Cyborg Superman Joins Season 3

The big reveal from the trailer is Cyborg Superman, bringing Hank Henshaw into the spotlight.

Max Mittelman, known for One Punch Man, reprises his role as Hank Henshaw. In DC Comics, Henshaw is best known as Cyborg Superman, one of the major Superman villains tied to the aftermath of The Death of Superman storyline.

The trailer teases a darker threat for Clark, with Cyborg Superman likely serving as one of the season’s major enemies.

The new poster already hinted at a more sinister Superman image, with Clark shown partly covered by a robotic face and glowing red eye. The trailer now backs up the idea that Season 3 is going bigger with Superman’s mythology.

Darren Criss Voices Superboy

Superboy is also joining My Adventures With Superman Season 3.

Darren Criss, known for Glee, lends his voice to Superboy. The addition gives the show another major Superman-family character as Clark continues to deal with his Kryptonian legacy and his place on Earth.

Superboy’s role has not been fully revealed, but his arrival opens the door for more DC Comics connections, especially with the season focused on Superman’s future being threatened.

Season 3 Raises The Stakes For Clark

The official Season 3 synopsis previously teased Clark has truly become Superman and made peace with his Kryptonian origins. He is now ready to settle down.

Lois Lane, however, is not in the same place. She has become The Daily Planet’s star reporter and is pushing forward with her career.

Jimmy Olsen has also moved from freelance photographer to celebrity journalist, while Kara Zor-El (Supergirl) is trying to find her place on Earth. The synopsis also confirms Jimmy is intimidated by Kara’s romantic attention.

The new season is described as an action, comedy, and romance-packed season where Clark, Lois, Jimmy, and Kara face powerful new enemies who challenge Superman, threaten their future, and test the bonds holding them together.

When Does My Adventures With Superman Season 3 Premiere?

My Adventures With Superman Season 3 premieres Saturday, June 13 at midnight ET/PT on Adult Swim’s Toonami block.

Episodes stream the next day on HBO Max.
