In addition to the release of the new Spider-Man: Homecoming image still of Tom Holland and the new new plot synopsis, it's confirmed that Michael Keaton will be playing the villain of the movie, Adrian Toomes, the Vulture.
Michael Keaton's character in Spider-Man: Homecoming is described as: "average Joe with criminal tendencies and a wicked wing suit" and a "pesky arch enemy" to Spider-Man.
Tom Holland actually says Michael Keaton's Vulture is super scary!
“The first time we see the Vulture is terrifying,” Holland teased. “It’s like a horror movie: really scary, very intense and shocking.”
Director Jon Watts adds that Michael Keaton as Vulture is different than the Avengers foes, Thanos and Ultron.
“It’s fun to think that if Spider-Man is a regular kid who becomes a superhero, there’s got to be a bunch of regular guys who become supervillains, too," Watts told USA Today.

Marvel has also released a new batch of Spider-Man: Homecoming details which includes confirmation of Zendaya's character, and confirmation of Tony Revolori's character.

Synopsis:
