Man of Steel Vs. Batman Begins Vs. Iron Man. Vs. Spider-Man Vs. The Avengers Sales Numbers & Memes

Visit any message board or popular news site and big on the comments is Man of Steel vs. The Avengers.

While I take the road that it’s really not fair to compare the two as The Avengers is basically a sequel to the Marvel Studios movies featuring all the superheroes, as a Justice League movie would a make better comparison.

And with the Man of Steel being the first in line of more to come, it might be better to compare the movie to an Iron Man, or probably better yet to an Amazing Spider-Man and Batman Begins in terms of character popularity.

That said, Man of Steel vs. The Avengers talk continues, and hitting Facebook are the two following memes which is only adding fuel to the fire.

Below you can also check out some box office numbers for Man of Steel, The Avengers, Amazing Spider-Man, Iron Man and Batman Begins to put things in a slight perspective (estimated).
