John Cena is making what he calls his “one last time” return to Boston tonight as he opens WWE Raw live from TD Garden, and it’s streaming worldwide on Netflix.
Cena tweeted earlier today:
“RAW. BOSTON. ONE LAST TIME.
If you can be @TDGarden tonight… GO.
If you’re watching at home… do not miss one moment of it on @netflix.
THIS IS DEFINITELY ONE TO SEE!”
It marks Cena’s final appearance in his hometown as he begins the road to his retirement match.

Cena Announces 16-Man Tournament For His Final Opponent
During his recent media hits, Cena revealed that WWE will run a 16-man tournament to determine who he faces in his final match, which will take place in Madison Square Garden on November 17th.
WWE has not confirmed the full bracket yet, but the company plans to feature top names from Raw, SmackDown, and NXT. Cena said he wants the process to “let the fans decide” who steps up.

Why This Appearance Matters
- It’s Cena’s last-ever night in Boston under the WWE banner.
- It’s the first major moment of his retirement run.
- It’s the start of the tournament storyline that will carry Raw for weeks.
- WWE is treating it as a major Netflix event.
Expect a packed house, a long promo, and possibly the reveal of the official tournament field.
