Henry Cavill Says Happy New Year: Starts The Witcher Season 2 Soon

Henry Cavill returns to social media to wish fans a Happy New Year with news that he starts filming on The Witcher Season 2 for Netflix soon.

The Witcher has been a smash hit for Henry Cavill and Netflix as it happens to be one of the highest-rated series on IMDb beating out the likes of Stranger Things, Peaky Blinders, Black Mirror, The Crown, Ozark and Haunting of Hill House.

Fans over at Rotten Tomatoes also love the show as it has a 93% audience approval rating.

I’ll also add I liked the show a lot and that Anya Chalotra was fantastic as Yennefer.

ā€œHello, everybody. I’m backā€ Henry Cavill says. ā€œI have been enjoying my Christmas break, perhaps a little too much at some points, but now it’s back to work. Pre-production will be starting very shortly on The Witcher Season 2.ā€

Henry Cavill continues: ā€œI see you all enjoyed The Witcher Season 1. Thank you very much for that, and I am glad you enjoyed it, and I will be giving you updates on here as time goes on. Of course, you are to expect many more of my thrilling and exciting cardio videos every morning. So see you then, have fun and thank you very much.ā€
