Thanks to set images and video from over in the UK, a villain for Marvel’s upcoming Fantastic Four is confirmed for the movie.

Fantastic Four: The First Steps unleashes Mole Man in the MCU
The Fantastic Four set images and video confirm that the classic FF villain from the comics, Mole Man, will be featured in the movie.
As we previously went over, it’s guessed Paul Walter Hauser is playing Mole Man.
Thanks to UnBoxPHD, set images reveal Subterranea, Mole Man’s lair. The account also apparently found the abandoned film set in an underground mine where Marvel and director Matt Shakman filmed the Mole Man scenes. Check it out:

Who is Mole Man?
Mole Man, a classic villain from the Fantastic Four comics, is the alias of Harvey Rupert Elder, a brilliant but socially outcast scientist.
First introduced in Fantastic Four #1 (1961), Mole Man became the leader of the subterranean creatures known as the Moloids after discovering a network of underground caverns in Subterranea.
Rejected by society due to his appearance and eccentric behavior, Elder sought refuge beneath the Earth, where he harnessed advanced technology and amassed an army of subterranean monsters.
His frequent clashes with the Fantastic Four often involve his attempts to conquer the surface world, driven by resentment and a desire for recognition.
Mole Man is known for his intellect, cunning plans, and control over massive, destructive creatures, making him a persistent threat to Marvel’s first family.
Fantastic Four: The First Steps gets opens in theaters on July 25, 2025. The film introduces Marvel’s First Family—Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they face their most daunting challenge yet.
