Director Jon Favreau has announced that Donald Glover will be providing the voice of Simba in the live-action reimagining of Disney's animated Lion King movie.
Jon Favreau took to Twitter to announce the news.

Matthew Broderick voiced the adult version of Simba in the 1994 animated Lion King film.
James Earl Jones has also been announced to be returning as the voice of Mufaso for Jon Favreau's live-action Lion King.
Donald Glover also has a role in Spider-Man: Homecoming and is playing the young Lando Calrissian in the Han Solo Star Wars movie.
