Update: The art is not of Death, but of concept art of the Astral Zealots from Doctor Strange.
A piece of concept art has leaked online revealing what looks to be Mistress Death.
With Marvel Studios adapting the Infinity Gauntlet graphic novel, it's probable Mistress Death could be featured in the movie as Thanos worshipped death in the comic.
As the image does come from a book, it could be from the Doctor Strange art of the movie book which gets released in two days.
If it indeed is Mistress Death, this tells us that they were planning on using the character at some point in Doctor Strange, which may even mean we could see Death in The Avengers: Infinity War or even Thor: Ragnaok. The Doctor Strange movie did reference the cosmic abstracts, so we know they exist in the MCU.
