Updates about theĀ Man of SteelĀ movie from set visits that took place in 2011 are beginning to surface online.
We just heard about David Goyer talking Zod and not Branaic for the villain, and now we learn The Dark Knight Trilogy writer also spoke about the Justice League movie.
Again, bear in mind these interviews took place almost two years ago.
The Collider asks David Goyer about a possible Justice League movie spinning off of the Man of Steel, with the writer hinting that it could be so and definitely doesnāt rule it out.
I donāt know, honestly.Ā I go back and forth.Ā I mean, I think that on Batman and Superman, Chris has taken a different approach.Ā I love the Marvel films and theyāre really fun, but heās definitely taken a different approach so far, which is that each of these movies is its own cohesive universe and at least with Batman it seems to have worked out.Ā So, I donāt know.Ā Iām not sure.Ā I think it would depend with who.Ā This has been a dream experience, so itās hard to imagine it getting better than this, maybe it could be.
Regarding going āback and forth,ā it seems as if the Justice League movie is indeed moving forward with Goyer attached as the writer refused to comment in a recent QnA with fans on Reddit, as well as the big announcement that is forthcoming at this Summerās Comic-Con seems very promising.
And we already know the Man of Steel has a couple Easter Eggs which include Booster Gold, and Iām told Batman and the Martian Manhunter as well.
Add in Henry Cavillās schedule is wide open after Man of Steel which could mean heās leaving it open forā¦something?
Man of Steel opens June 14th in IMAX 3D directed by Zack Snyder and starring Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman and Michael Shannon as Zod.
