[[wysiwyg_imageupload:3435:]]BUFFALO, NY, October 8, 2012 — Principal photography is underway on Hot Iron Production’s upcoming original horror movie, “Call of Duty Undead.” All proceeds will go to benefit the Wounded Warrior Project™, a charity dedicated to raising awareness for severely injured service men and women.

Being directed by Aleksansdar Ivicic, “Call of Duty Undead” is currently in production with filming taking place in the Western New York area.

The story sees members of the Alpha Squad brought together to investigate the mysterious disappearances of high-profile individuals; however, what they find leads them in an all out war for survival against a wave of undead experiments. Alpha Squad must fight, not just for the sake of their own survival, but the fate of the world.

U.S. Marine Veterans Robert Woodley and Chris Clark star as Captain Roy Weiss, leader of the Alpha Squad, and Nicholas Bergman, a nefarious individual bent on creating a pharmaceutical drug that cures all aging and illness, respectively. In addition to Robert Woodley and Chris Clark, the cast consists of Kevin Tanski (“The Dark Knight Rises”),  Kahley Cuff (“General Hospital”), Will Mutka, Mike Sarcinelli, and Chalet Lizette Brannan  (“Alice in Zombieland,” “Night Aboard the Salem,” “Haunted Ship”).

Aleksandar Ivicic, a 21-year-old Croatian refugee and winner of the 2012 Buffalo Screams festival award for “Gagster,” is directing the film based on an original screenplay with co-director Jim Clark. James Renzi is assistant director, with Mile Ivicic as executive producer and Salvatore Sabia as associate producer.

The behind-the-scenes team includes Jeffrey Lavin and Lawrence Napoli as directors of photography,  Kevin Schmitz sound editor, Nicholas Turton photographer, Chelsea Baren make-up artist and Phill Beith key make-up artist and visual effects supervisor.
