‘Black Adam’ Gets A Release Date

‘Black Adam’ Gets A Release Date

Black Adam now has an official release date that follows the recent casting announcement that includes Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate.

Black Adam will get released on July 29, 2022.

“A disruptive and unstoppable global force of a message from the man in black himself BLACK ADAM is coming July 29, 2022,” Johnson posted on Instagram. “The hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change.”

“We have our date! Get ready world. Black Adam arrives on July 29, 2022! The DC Universe will never be the same!” tweeted producer Hiram Garcia.

The July 29, 2022 release also has Indiana Jones 5 coming out on the same date, but that is a big IF Indiana Jones 5 ever sees the light of day. We can guess Disney will probably move the Indiana Jones 5 release date back if it does happen.

Black Adam also stars Dwayne Johnson as titular superhero, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, and Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, with Sarah Shahi said to be playing the female lead, a university professor, and freedom fighter leading the resistance in the DC fictional nation of Kahndaq.
