While discussing which characters he is looking forward to seeing on the big screen in Avengers: Infinity War, Marvel Studios president and producer Kevin Feige offers a tease.
“There are so many,” Feige told Vulture about the characters he wants to see paired together. “But I would say, both because of the characters and the actors who’ve created them, Doctor Strange and Tony Stark.”
Feige added that fans should think outside the box when thinking about which other characters might share scenes in Avengers: Infinity War: “Particularly in Infinity War and the movie after that,” Feige teased with a smile. “There are … unexpected team-ups.”
What unexpected Avengers: Infinity War team-ups could there be? Right off the bat, I can think of one with whichever Avenger meets Rocket Raccoon and/or Groot. How about Hulk and Drax? Black Widow and Star-Lord?
The Avengers: Infinity War has a May 4, 2018 release directed by Joe and Anthony Russo starring Josh Brolin as Thanos.
