AHS: Apocalypse: First Look At Evan Peters and Emma Roberts

Following Dylan McDermott and Connie Britton, now creator Ryan Murphy releases a first look at Evan Peters and Emma Roberts in American Horror Story: Apocalypse.

Murphy took to Instagram to tease the characters’ return, where we see that it is confirmed the witches from Season 3’s Coven will make their way to the Murder House from Season 1.

“Madison amongst the backyard bones at Murder House,” Murphy posted.

Evan Peters is also returning as the evil ghost Tate Langdon from the first season.

“Tate. Happy to be home,” Murphy teased.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse

The upcoming season sees a crossover between the first season’s Murder House with the third season’s Coven, where it’s known the anti-christ baby is all grown up, played by Cody Fern.

Murder House saw Tate Langdon rape and impregnate Vivian Harmon, with the end of the season revealing the young child killing his nanny and fulfilling medium Billie Dean Howard’s anti-christ prophecy.

What remains to be seen is how the witches from Coven play into the equation: Are they partnered with the anti-christ or have they set themselves up against the beast?

Also confirmed returing from Coven include the witches: Stevie Nicks, Lily Rabe as Misty Day, Taissa Farmiga as Zoe Benson (who will also play Violet Harmon from Murder House), Gabourey Sidibe is back as Queenie and Frances Conroy as Myrtle Snow.

Sara Paulson is playing three characters: the aformentioned medium from Murder House, Cordelia Goode the witch from Coven, and this season it is revealed she is playing the new character Venable.

Jessica Lange is also set to return to AHS: Apocalypse in episode six; she played the mother to Tate and the grandmother to the anti-christ baby with Constance Langdon in Murder House, and on Coven the actress played Fiona Goode.

American Horror Story: Apocalypse premiers September 12 on FX also starring Kathy Bates, Gabourey Sidibe, Billie Lourd, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson and newcomer Joan Collins.
