Following it revealed that Shatterstar is a part of the upcoming Marvel Legends Hasbro line of action figures, now Shatterstar is confirmed for Deadpool 2 in addition to actor Terry Crews.
A scene in the new Deadpool 2 trailer revealed Deadpool with Domino and two unknown characters.
Now Colossus actor Stefan Kapicic confirms the characters are Terry Crews (in a still as of yet unknown role) and Shatterstar.
“That’s not CGI of Terry Crews, that is Terry Crews,” Kapicic told Inverse. “You can see it clearly. You can see behind him, Shatterstar, a really cool thing for people to geek out.”
As noted, what is particularly cool about Shatterstar is that the character happens to be a member of X-Force, as an X-Force movie is currently being developed.
In the comics, Shatterstar comes from Mojoworld and has super strength with his mutant ability enabling him to generate powerful vibratory shock waves and at times portals.

Deadpool 2 has a May 18, 2018 release directed by John Wick‘s David Leitch also starring Josh Brolin as the time travelling mutant Cable, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Stefan Kapicic as Colossus with Shioli Kutsuna in a mystery role and Jack Kesy rumored as Black Tom Cassidy.
Deadpool 2 is written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick with Ryan Reynolds also on board as producer along with Simon Kinberg and Lauren Shuler Donner.
